Now, here’s an impressive way to feed your guests. A chef will cook the paella from scratch at your event. A good paella can’t be rushed so it will take about 40 minutes to be ready. The wait will be worth it because as soon as it is ready, your guests will be able to enjoy this hearty meal piping hot with a side salad. The cooking is done on electric cookers so you don’t need to worry about violating your function room regulations. If you’re worried about the smell the live cooking will leave in your room, you can arrange for the paella to be precooked and finished on-site.
